Hi, I’m Courtney!
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and have a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My approach to counselling is non-judgmental, kind and empathetic. I focus on client strengths and help people develop and work towards their therapy goals. I believe that every client requires their own treatment plan for therapy and we will work together to figure out what that is! I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable and safe. I have experience working with people struggling with behavioural and/or substance addictions, anxiety, depression, stress and anger, trauma, complex mental health struggles, and interpersonal or relationship issues.
I provide individual and couples counselling.

I understand that mental health problems manifest in different ways and that it can be difficult to figure out how to cope with these problems using healthy, effective strategies.
