Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills Group for Teens (13-18)
Does Your Teen Feel Everything Intensely?
When the highs are incredibly high, and the lows feel impossibly deep, the teenage years can feel like an exhausting storm—for both of you. If your high schooler is struggling to manage overwhelming emotions, you aren’t alone, and there is a way forward.
Join our 12-Week Virtual DBT Group, specifically designed to help high schoolers navigate big emotions, build resilience, and find their footing in a safe, understanding setting.
Your Solution to Resilience: The 4 Pillars of DBT

Mindfulness & Focus: Learn how to ground themselves and live in the moment.
